What happens if a client cancels their policy?

For ACA health plans paid on a monthly PMPM schedule, there are no advance chargebacks. If a client cancels, your monthly payments stop. CareBetter does not claw back months you already earned. Ancillary products such as DVH plans follow standard carrier chargeback schedules if a policy cancels early.
